About Charkia Gardner

Charkia Gardner is a woman of faith, deeply rooted in prayer and passionate about encouraging women through God’s Word. She is a Christian author, devotional writer, and faith encourager whose heart is centered on helping women heal, rediscover their identity, and grow closer to God through every season of life.

Her writing was birthed through personal experiences of surrender, restoration, and learning to trust God in difficult seasons. Through transparency, scripture, and encouragement, Charkia shares messages that inspire women to reclaim their voice, strengthen their faith, and embrace the purpose God has placed on their lives.

She is the author of In the Breaking, a 40-day devotional focused on healing, identity, restoration, and spiritual growth.

Our mission

GraceCoveredMe was created from a place of prayer, healing, and obedience to God’s calling. What began as quiet moments with God during seasons of breaking and restoration became a vision to encourage women who are carrying pain silently while still trying to hold on to their faith.

God placed it on my heart to create a space where women could feel seen, supported, and reminded that His grace covers every season — even the difficult ones. GraceCoveredMe exists to encourage women to seek God deeply, heal honestly, grow spiritually, and walk confidently in their identity and purpose through Christ.

This vision is rooted in the belief that brokenness is never beyond God’s reach. Through devotionals, prayer, scripture, encouragement, and community, my prayer is that women encounter God personally and discover that healing and restoration are possible through Him.
